Booking & payment
Bank transfer or a non-binding booking enquiry. Card payment (30% deposit) will be available shortly.
You send an enquiry via the website, we confirm availability and send the bank details. Once payment arrives, the booking is confirmed and you receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, 29–15 days 50% of the deposit, from 14 days 100% of the deposit. Details in the Terms.
Yes, the tourist tax is included in the price.
For bank transfers as agreed in the booking confirmation; for card payments the deposit is 30%, the balance is due on arrival.
Your stay
Check-in 2 p.m.–10 p.m., check-out by 10 a.m. Later arrival is possible by arrangement: +385 92 2840 307.
The Villa Luna team in person. We hand you the key, show you around the house and answer all your questions.
Yes, free parking right at the house.
Yes, bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 7 nights or more we change them during your stay.
Yes, all apartments are air-conditioned — at no extra charge.
Yes, free Wi-Fi in all apartments and at the pool.
The pebble beach is just 150 metres away — about a 2-minute walk.
Dogs are possible on request. In that case the booking is handled as an enquiry only, and we get back to you with a confirmation.
Split Airport (SPU) is about a 15-minute drive away. We recommend a rental car; we can arrange a private transfer on request.
House rules
From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. we ask for quiet — on the terraces and at the pool too. The neighbourhood is peaceful, and we would like to keep it that way.
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments. On your terrace and in the garden you are welcome to — ashtrays are provided.
Pool open 8 a.m.–9 p.m. No glass bottles at the poolside, children only accompanied by adults, please shower before swimming. Sun loungers may not be reserved.
No — Villa Luna is a place of calm. For small family celebrations, please talk to us in advance.
Exactly as many as booked and registered (Croatian registration law / eVisitor). Please always announce additional guests in advance.
Small mishaps happen — please just report any damage immediately. We always find a fair solution.
Waste separation: bins in the yard (paper, plastic, other). Please run the air conditioning only with the windows closed and switch it off when leaving.
